Schéma Directeur des Systèmes d'Information (SDSI) à 5 ans & Gouvernance Numérique
Le Centre de Gestion de la Fonction Publique Territoriale de la Gironde (CDG 33) dispose d'un Plan de Transformation Numérique (PTN) qui se présente essentiellement comme une liste de projets et de souhaits émanant des élus et des directions. Ce plan ne comporte ni moyens ni objectifs clairement définis, et ne propose pas de stratégie formelle pour l'établissement. Le CDG33 souhaite donc se doter d’un schéma directeur stratégique, fonctionnel et opérationnel prenant en compte les nouveaux enjeux : cyber défense, intelligence artificielle, numérique responsable, gouvernance des données, alignement aux missions. Le CDG33 souhaite également se doter d’une véritable gouvernance numérique.
Conception d’un Schéma Directeur des système d’Information (SDSI) sur 5 ans. Mise en place d’un portefeuille projet et d’une gouvernance pour suivre et piloter la bonne exécution du SDSI. Mise en place d’un pilotage dédié pour l’IA et pour la cyber défense.
